The Northern European Command, Command and Control Information System (NEC CCIS) is a non-realtime NATO Air Command and Control (C2) system operated by NATO, Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Lithuania and Norway. The system supports all aspects of air operations from operational level (CAOC/NHQ) to tactical level (WOC/SQOC/GBAD).

System Maintenance, Development and Support is provided by NEC CCIS System Support Centre (SSC) Kolsaas, Norway.
